the Jared Popma Acoustic trio

Jared Popma is a singer/songwriter and guitarist based out of Victoria, BC. With the soul of Folk and Jazz, Jared brings an exciting energy to the stage with songs from his album Validation, as well as covers from artists such as Sammy Rae, Lawrence and Vulfpeck. Jared has performed with his band at festivals and venues such as Islands Folk Fest, The 39 Days of July, and the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre. As well as leading his own band, Jared can be found all over the local scene playing with artists such as Jazz/Fusion guitarist Keanu Ienco, or Indie/Rock band Maverick Cinema.
