NEW YEARS EVE PARTY - WITH THE CAPITAL CITY SYNCOPATORS

We’re thrilled to welcome The Capital City Syncopators for the evening — a local favourite based in Victoria who specialize in prohibition-era jazz, two-step and country swing, delivered with vintage flair and modern energy. 

Expect toe-tapping rhythms, warm instrumentation (banjo, washboard, tuba and more), and a lively, elegant vibe that perfectly complements the evening’s celebration.

• Seating begins at 9:15 p.m., with additional seatings at 9:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.

• A luxurious five-course dinner curated specially for the night.

• An optional wine pairing is available to elevate each course.

• At midnight, we’ll raise our glasses of sparkling wine with a complimentary toast — silly hats included to keep the mood festive.

• Price: $140 per person, plus tax.
